Vegan bolognese (lentils, mushrooms and bell peppers)
*Boil 100g red lentils.
*Fry onion and garlic, add roughly chopped mushrooms and bell pepper and sautee for a few minutes.
*Add 1 can chopped tomatoes and the cooked lentils.
*Season with oregano, basil and a small amount of chilli.
*Serve with spaghetti.
